The fusion of two bodies in state of pure ecstacy. Fusió is love, passion, nature, and life itself.
Fusió is the wine that best represents the image of the cellar. It comes from the Salancas, the Comellars and the Costers de l’Ermita.
It is a wine with a special character. Fusió is all of which gives meaning to our work.
Red wine from the blending of the wines from our 3 production areas (Coster de L'Ermita, Escaladei, and Barranc dels Comellars).
Each one with one different type of slate to emphasize the mineral sensation in the palate. Parceled selection of our vineyards until blending.
Due to the small yields of some of our plots some lots are vinified in vertical barrels with manual pigeage as a method for the extraction of the color. Ageing in french oak barrels of different capacities.
Twelve months later the winemaker, with the owner, decided the date of bottling.
